Pledge Suit Dismissed

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Monday -- Flag Day -- on the high profile case challenging the words "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance. The ruling? Dismissed because, the Court ruled, the father did not have legal standing to sue on behalf of his daughter due to post-divorce custody decisions.
