Diebold Machine Found in Bar

USA Today (tech section, no less) has reported that a Diebold electronic voting machine has been found in a bar in Baltimore. Even more eyebrow-raising: Joseph Torre, voting systems and procurement director for the Maryland State Board of Elections, said "You can buy one on eBay." That tidbit should make everyone run out an register an absentee ballot. NOW. Do not pass go.
