Iraqi Nuclear Equipment Missing

The UN reports that equipment and materials that could be used to develop nuclear weapons have vanished from Iraq. According to IAEA head Mohamed ElBaradei, "The disappearance of such equipment and materials may be of proliferation significance." The US barred UN inspectors from Iraq through the US occupation, which ended in June.
