Dean to Head DNC?

The Association of State Democratic Chairs overwhelming (56-21) endorsed Howard Dean, former governor of Vermont and Presidential candidate, as the next Democratic National Committee chairman, bringing the "fringe" candidate into the mainstream ... or taking the mainstream to the fringe.
