Whittemore Ruling Affirmed

Abstract Appeal reports that the Eleventh Circuit affirmed Judge Whittemore's ruling not to reinsert Terri Schiavo's feeding tube. Court Decision (pdf) Added at 7 pm: Acting on a second appeal, later in the day the full court ruled 10-2 against the Schiavo parents. Next stop: US Supreme Court (that's the only appeal remaining - and it won't be the first appeal to the Supremes in this case)
