Bolton Testified Before the Plame Grand Jury

According to MSNBC's Hardball, John Bolton was called to testify before the Valerie Plame grand jury. So was Colin Powell. That's not the interesting thing ... the interesting tidbit comes from the NY Times, which reports that Bolton did not disclose this on forms prepared for his Senate confirmation hearings. Did he or didn't he? And if he did, is there any significance in his failure to disclose?
