Downsize DC!

Anyone who is appalled or outraged that Congress passed the 1700 page energy bill before the ink was dry (figuratively speaking) should make haste to Downsize DC and review their “Read the Bills Act of 2005” (RTBA). One of the best provisions, in my opinion, is a requirement that bills be posted on the Internet seven days before a vote and that the vote must be announced publicly. Kinda like taking some of the public notice rules for regulations and applying them to legislation. I'm in! Are you?
