PA Judge Rules Intelligent Design Unconstitutional

A federal judge in Pennsylvania ruled today that "it is unconstitutional to teach intelligent design as an alternative to evolution in a public school classroom." In this case, the Dover School Board had directed teachers to include intelligent design in its high school curriculum, making it the first state in the country to do so. Subsequently, voters tossed out all but one of the school board members.
