Moussaoui Eligible for Death Penalty

Bloomberg reports that a Virginia jury has sided with the prosecution, agreeing that Zacarias Moussaoui is eligible for the death penalty. In April 2005, he pleaded guilty to conspiracy; he is the only person charged and convicted in the US in relation to the terrorist attacks on 9-11-2001.
