Lieberman Ad Features Fake Bumper Sticker

FactCheck reveals that Sen. Lieberman (D-CT) is running an ad against his challenger, Ned Lamont, that contains a fake bumper sticker and a fake anti-Lieberman website. Lieberman, a three-term Senator, appears in trouble after being forced into a run-off in order to defend his seat in November. Last week, he lost a debate against Lamont. And on 3 July, he announced that he would mount an independent candidacy should he lose the run-off on 8 August. US Liberals Guide Deborah White has called for him to be voted out of office.
