Tropical Storm Chris Moves Towards Cuba

The third tropical storm of the season, Chris, was headed towards Cuba over night and could take aim for the Gulf of Mexico, home to US oil production. Forecasters are predicting 17 tropical storms and hurricanes this year; last year we had 28.
