Vote On Troop Escalation - Who's Up For Re-Election?

Seven of 21 Republican Senators who stand for re-election in 2008 voted with the Democrats to end the filibuster blocking a vote on the Iraq War troop escalation resolution. The nine Republicans who did not vote are not up for re-election in 2008; Sen. McCain (R-AZ), however, is running for President.
