Vote: Straw Poll For 2008 Presidential Race
Thursday December 13, 2007
Pick who you'd like to see running for President in 2008. I wish there were a way to make sure people can only vote once, but our software doesn't have that capability.
Yes, I know that everyone who's running or who may be running isn't on the list. That's why there's an "other" option!
Use the comment field to talk about your choice or argue for why your candidate should be on the list. Please read the comments before writing about the unfairness of your candidate not being listed!
Election central for US Politics; for US Liberals.
December Update
Huckabee added. Republican results, Version 1
September Update
Polls broken out by parties; Kucinich added.
Results, Version 4
June Update
For the Democrats, I've added Bill Richardson and removed Al Gore. No changes in Republicans.
Results, Version 3
April Update
By popular request, I've added Fred Thompson, an undeclared Republican candidate. He joins undeclared Al Gore. Both men have active "draft" grassroots efforts.
Results, Version 2
March Update
Ron Paul was added by popular demand.
Results, Version 1
Note: I was dragged, kicking and screaming, into this early conversation (January 2007) about next the 2008 election. I detest the ever-more-drawn-out campaign season for President.
