Minnesota Senate Race Still Too Close To Call
Tuesday December 23, 2008
According to the Star Tribune, the protracted re-count in the Minnesota Senate race gives challenge Al Franken a 48-vote lead over Republican Sen. Norm Coleman. These are unofficial results based upon data from the Secretary of State's office but they do not "include as many as 1,500 to 1,600 improperly rejected absentee ballots." On Friday, Franken had a 251-vote lead.
