1. Education
| Do your kids attend public or private school?

2. Education
| Have you talked with your children about sex using age-appropriate and medically accurate information?
Ann, PA Candidates Responding: Edwards, Obama Watch the YouTube Video |
3. Off-Beat
| Mainstream media seem interested in Al Gore. Does that hurt y'alls feelings?
Jackie and Dunlap, TN Candidates Responding: no responses Watch the YouTube Video |
4. Environment: Global Warming
| Global warming, the singlemost important issue to the snowmen of this country, is being neglected. As President, what will you do to ensure that my son
lives a full and happy life?

5. Environment: Energy
| I use compact flourescent light bulbs to decrease my personal
energy use. I hear politicians talking about alternative energy
as a way to decrease our energy impact as a whole.
How is the US going to decrease its energy consumption? How
will your policies encourage us to do more than use special
light bulbs?
Stephanie, CA Candidates Responding: Gravel, Dodd Watch the YouTube Video |
6. Environment: Energy
| There is a scientific consensus for man-caused climate change. I've
heard each of you talk about alternative energy sources, but I have
not heard any of you speak about nuclear power. What do you believe?
Shawn, MI Candidates Responding: Edwards, Obama, Clinton Watch the YouTube Video |
7. Elections/Voting Systems
| In recent years, there has been so much controversy about
dangling chads, no paper trail, electronic voting systems.
I know it costs money to amend things like that. But if I can
go to any state and get the same triple-grande-non-fat-no-foam vanilla latte
from Starbucks, why can't I go to any state and vote the same way?
Do you think that standardizing our voting practices would
increase legitimacy and possibly voter turn out in our elections?
What are you going to do to fix that?
Melissa, CA Candidates Responding: Dodd, Richardson Watch the YouTube Video |
8. Economy: Minimim Wage
| Our question is for all candidates and it's regarding the national
minimum wage. Congress never seems to have a problem when it's
time to give themselves a raise. But when it came time to increase
the minimum wage, they had a problem.
If you were elected to server, would you be willing to do this service for
the next four years and be paid the national minimum wage?

9. Social Security
| We know that Social Security is running out of money. But people who earn more than $97,500 stop paying in to social security. Whats up with that?
Nancy McDonald, DE Candidates Responding: Dodd, Obama Watch the YouTube Video |
10. Economy: National Debt
| What's the dirtiest little secret in Washington? The US is going broke... yet everything is business as usual. There are two solutions, both of which are
politically unpopular. Raise taxes or cut benefits. Which would you chose, and how would you convince the public to support you?
