  • Chapter 1 - USDA/FAS
    • $110,000,000 - Agricultural Commodities
      Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954, for commodities supplied in connection with dispositions abroad under title II20 of said Act, $100,000,000, to remain available until expended
    • $10,000,000 to reimburse the Commodity Credit Corporation for the release of eligible commodities under section 302(f)(2)(A) of the Bill Emerson Humanitarian Trust Act2 (7 U.S.C. 1736f–1): Provided, That any such funds made3 available to reimburse the Commodity Credit Corporation shall only be used to replenish the Bill Emerson Humanitarian Trust.
