Washington Isn't The Only "Odd" Duck

On 4 March, Texas will use a combination of primary and caucus votes to allocate Democratic party delegates, in a manner similar to that of Washington State Republicans.

There are 193 Texas delegates; most of them (126) will be allocated via proportional (by state Senate district) primary voting. The remainder (67) will be allocated at caucus meetings held immediately after the polls close in the primary. In addition, Texas has been allocated 35 super delegates.
